Welcome to Sky Class! Our teacher is Ms Glenister.

Get to know Ms Glenister

I love to read and grow plants in my garden. I especially like to watch the visiting insects, like busy bees on all the spring and summer flowers.
My favourite food has to be a whole roast dinner, but really I just like chocolate!
My favourite colour is green.
I enjoyed bungy-jumping when I was younger, but now I write poems instead.

Class Information

PE:

Our PE day is Thurday, so please send your child to school in their full PE kit and make sure all jewellery is removed.

Homework:

Please hear your child read their phonic book and write a comment in their reading record every day. Help them to complete their phonics homework every day and return it to school in the phonics folder.

Every Friday, your child will be set a maths homework task on the MyMaths website (log in details are in the front of your child's reading record) and a handwriting task which will be on a sheet of paper. Please complete both tasks by the following Wednesday.

Upcoming Trips and Events:

The curriculum for Sky Class is enriched with trips every term. You will be notified with a digital letter to share each trip's details. You will always be required to give your consent for the trip and you may also need to order a packed lunch from the school or pay a small charge (for example, for entry to a museum or workshop).
